PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
In response to the genuine need for professional level recognition of public sector Human Resources (HR) professionals, the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) created the IPMA-Certified Specialist (IPMA-CS) and IPMA-Certified Professional (IPMA-CP) programs.
